LSE Fellowships in Accounting (two posts, fixed term for two years)

Salary (Band 5 appointment): £26,194 – £30,343 pa inclusive

Salary (Band 6 appointment): £31,711 – £38,391 pa inclusive

The Department of Accounting invites applications for LSE Fellowships in Accounting at both Band 5 and Band 6. Any area of accounting will be considered. We also encourage applications from those with a strong social science training outside accounting, but wishing to develop an academic career in the field.

Candidates for the Band 5 appointment should be able to demonstrate significant progress towards completing a PhD, and will teach as a member of a teaching team in a developing capacity. 

Candidates for the Band 6 post will normally have a completed PhD at the time of application, but we will consider applicants who will have a completed PhD by the time the post starts.

Please state on your application whether you are applying for an appointment at Band 5 or Band 6.

Successful candidates will normally take up appointment commencing 1 September 2009 and will be based at the main campus in London.
